Recently, the company has discovered multiple instances of illegal activities such as counterfeiting our brand, forging our products, and even leaking our technical secrets. These actions have severely damaged the company's brand reputation and its healthy development.

In order to effectively crack down on the infringement of the company’s intellectual property rights and create a good business environment for the company, the matters related to reporting illegal acts are announced as follows:

II. Reward Standards:

According to the company’s "Regulations on Rewards for Reporting Illegal Activities," if the reported infringing activities and clues about the infringers are verified to be true, the reporter will be rewarded with 10,000 RMB. Subsequently, based on the amount involved in the case, the highest reward of up to 1 million RMB can be given according to the "Regulations on Rewards for Reporting Illegal Activities." We will strictly keep the reporter’s personal information confidential.

III. Scope of Reporting:

1. Manufacturing, dealing in, or counterfeiting products bearing Shuangda Company's registered trademarks, license marks, company name, address, or codes.  

2. Manufacturing, dealing in, forging, or misusing Shuangda Company’s certification marks, quality marks, product qualification certificates, inspection reports, quality assurance certificates, or other quality proofs, product identification marks, national standard product marks, or commodity barcode marks.  

3. Forging authorization letters, production dates, safe usage periods, or expiration dates of Shuangda Company’s products, or using second-hand Shuangda products to pass off as new genuine products.  

4. Obtaining the company’s trade secrets through theft, bribery, fraud, coercion, electronic intrusion, or other improper means.  

5. Any other actions that infringe upon the company’s trademarks, patents, or trade secrets.
