Product Description:

BA petrochemical process pump is a horizontal, single-stage, double-suction, axially spit and between-bearing centrifugal pump, as per Standard API 610, BB1 type. It has excellent hydraulic performance, comprehensive performance range, and good anti-cavitation performance. Based on extensive experimental data and combined with hydraulic analysis software, the hydraulic performance has been optimized to reach the leading national level.

1. The design pressure of the pump cover and pump body is 2.5MPa, and the pump cover is equipped with a high-point venting and a reserved hole for sealing and flushing.
2. The pump features a standard API 682 seal chamber, which can be configured with various sealing types according to the working conditions and customer requirements.
3. The API standard bearing configuration features a split structure, equipped with lifting screws for easy maintenance and installation. Reserved holes for vibration and temperature measurement are provided, facilitating the optional installation of instruments. Lubrication is provided by lubricating ring with thin oil lubrication.
4. The pump features an optimized double-suction impeller hydraulic design, with high efficiency, stability, excellent anti-cavitation performance, and self-balancing axial force. Lubrication is provided by lubricating ring with thin oil lubrication.
