Product Performance:
Temp.:-15℃~+80℃(the working temperature of modified polyethylene can be increased not more than 105℃)
Pres.: Positive pressure +2.5Mpa, negative pressure at ambient temperature:75Kpa.
Corrosion Resistance: Steel-PTFE composite pipes can resist almost all chemical medium, including concentrated nitric acid and aqua regia. They are not resistant to molten alkali metals (such as lithium, potassium, and sodium), chlorine trifluoride, oxygen trifluoride at high temperatures, and high-velocity liquid fluorine. It can operate continuously at temperatures between 230°C and 250°C. Steel-PVDF composite pipes or other PTFE-based composite pipes show excellent resistance to halogens, halogenated hydrocarbons, strong oxidizing agents, boiling acids, alkalis, and a variety of organic solvents. However, they are not resistant to fuming sulfuric acid, concentrated hot sulfuric acid, nitric acid, ketones, esters, amines above 90°C, and high-temperature sulfonating agents.

Features:
1. High temperature resistance - The working temperature can reach up to 250°C.
2. Low temperature resistance - It has good mechanical toughness; even at temperatures as low as -196°C, it can maintain an elongation of 5%.
3. Corrosion resistance - It shows inertness to most chemicals and solvents, and can withstand strong acids, strong alkalis, water, and various organic solvents.
4. Weather resistance - It has one of the best aging lifespans among plastics.
5. High lubricity - It has one of the lowest friction coefficients among solid materials.
6. Non-adhesive - It has the lowest surface tension among solid materials and does not adhere to any substances.
7. Non-toxic - It is non-toxic to living organisms.
