Product Description
The steel-lined plastic pipe is cold drawing composite or hot-rolled formed, with ordinary carbon steel pipe as base material. It has the mechanical performance of steel pipes, and also the advantage of plastic pipe such as corrosion resistance, slow scaling and resistance to microbial growth. It is ideal for conveying medium such as acids, alkalis, salts, and corrosive gases. Food grade polypropylene lining can be used in food, medicine, drinking water and other industries.

Corrosion resistance: Excellent resistance to non-oxidizing acids (hydrochloric acid, dilute sulfuric acid, hydrofluoric acid), dilute nitric acid, alkalis, and salt solutions. However, it is not resistant to concentrated nitric acid, concentrated sulfuric acid, and other strong oxidizing agents. It has good resistance to general corrosion from organic solvents at ambient temperature.
Typical applications: Suitable for conveying general corrosive medium and particularly ideal for the transportation of domestic water and potable cold/hot water. When used for water conveyance, it does not affect water quality and meets sanitary requirements.
Production Range
1. Nominal diameter: DN20mm~DN1200mm. For large-diameter straight pipes, the maximum length available is 12 meters.
2. Various standard and non-standard elbows, tees, and reducers.
3. Prefabrication can be carried out according to customer requirements.
