Rubber Lined Spools

Rubber lined spool is steel or other hard material spool with inside wearing resistant, corrosion resistant or heat resistant rubber as liner to reduce the impact or corrosion from the media by its own physical and chemical properties of rubber. The benefit of energy absorption significantly increase the service life of the pipe line and this will dramatically reduce the end user’s cost.

Rubber Lining Workshop

Shuangda Pipe has provided CITIC Pacific Mining in Western Australia with a series of pipes, including primary cyclone feed pipes, secondary cyclone underflow pipes, and tailings pipes. Among them, the primary cyclone feed pipe is the most severely worn pipeline in the entire concentrator plant. It is lined with 25mm Premium Linatex natural rubber. The tailings pipeline, on the other hand, uses hot vulcanized rubber as the lining.
