Application: VDD pump is mainly used in industries and fields such as refineries, petrochemicals, coal chemicals, power plants, cryogenic engineering, pipeline pressure regulation, condensate extraction, offshore platforms, and oil tankers.

1. The temperature measuring interface can be used to monitor bearing service condition, and ensure that the equipment runs under best condition.
2. Rolling bearing structure, bearings are lubricated with thin oil, providing excellent lubrication. The design includes both water-cooled and air-cooled structures, effectively reducing the bearing housing temperature, making it suitable for high-temperature working conditions.
3. Seal chamber conforms to Standard API 682; all kinds of seals and auxiliary systems can be configured according to working conditions.
4. The balance drum is used to balance axial forces, resulting in good balancing effects and reduced bearing load. This design is not affected by the bearing position and facilitates easy installation.
5. Safe and reliable ways of shaft connection well ensure the accuracy of shaft, increase the insertion depth of the pump and expand application range of the pump.
6. The multi-point supported sliding bearing structure is designed with bearing spacing that meets the requirements of Standard API 610, offering high safety and reliability. The bearing bushings are made of high-wear-resistant materials such as graphite or composite materials.
7. The radial guide vane structure is compact, with relatively high single-stage impeller efficiency, making it suitable for high-head applications.
8. The first-stage impeller has good suction performance and a low net positive suction head (NPSH), effectively reducing the pump’s insertion depth under the same working conditions and ensuring the reliability of the pump.
